·        Understand the IM acquisition and also IMF regulation, value proposition & registration process.

·        Acquisition of 6 - 7 IM’s in a year independently.

·        Independently managing a pool of Insurance Managers mapped to them from existing pool in the beginning only.

·        Post successful completion of 1 year, the next level is CDM wherein the focus will be on IMF journey.

·        Manage performance of IM’s

o        Develop understanding of products & coach IM staff on product USP’s

o        Implement  performance management and rewards system in IM’s.

o        Provide marketing, training and operational support to IM’s

o        Manage attrition of IM’s through revival or replacement

·        Drive quality of business sourced from IM’s

Ensure right product mix and control key quality measures such as leakage and persistency

• Education – should be Graduate

• Should not be in a team handling role since this is an individual role wherein employee is expected to recruit the Part Time Agents called – IM

• Must know the basics of recruitment and should understand the local market atleast. 

• Local candidate would only be preferred

• Min experience of 2 yrs (DAM) in channel like Agency, CAT, CABC, APC, IMF.

• Age- Max 40 yrs for DAM
